A relaxing & nurturing retreat morning for Muma’s to Be from the comfort of home.
This online retreat morning will nourish both the minds & bodies of our Muma’s to Be, with deliciously healthy treats and mindfulness activities. Your day will be led by Amanda; a qualified nutritionist, natural health coach and reiki master from Nourish Healing and Sam; a pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing practitioner certified by ZenMuma.
Your morning with us will include: -
- Relaxing breathwork & grounding exercises
- Sensory introduction into essentials oils for emotions anchoring, pregnancy, labour, birth & beyond
- Mindful creativity of your birth space particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Simple & Nutritious snacks & recipes for pregnancy and postpartum

I am passionate about helping and guiding women to really thrive. As a Natural Health Coach I focus on working with the mind & body together, to bring balance & harmony. I'm blessed to be a mum of a daughter too. When I was pregnant I yearned for a natural birth and found hypnobirthing & meditation and chose to have a home birth which was an incredibly wonderful experience. Pregnancy is such a precious time, and we are excited to bring a virtual retreat to you mumas to be, so you can have some special time just for you. Sam and I are really looking forward to connecting with you.

Looking after yourself when pregnant is the ultimate priority, taking time to tune in to yourself and bond with your body and your baby will ensure confidence on your birthing journey. When I was pregnant I embarked on my own hypnobirthing journey, which opened so many more doors to utilising aromatherapy, massage and mindfulness in everyday life, tools which I find invaluable through parenthood. This beautiful ‘retreat from home’ will enhance your bond to your body and your baby, leaving you feeling confident in taking time for yourself and knowledgeable on how to utilise the techniques we will use through the day at home. Amanda and I can’t wait to meet you.
How it works:-
Once you have booked all you will need is a quiet and comfortable space at home.
A few days before the retreat date we will send you a box full of everything you will need to make this a truly interactive experience.
Numbers will be limited as we want to ensure this is an intimate event, where we are able to support each woman who joins us.
The event is open to pregnant women who are 14 + weeks pregnant.
