NOHO PHOTO GROUP
APRIL 25, MAY 30, JUNE 27, 4:00-6:00PM
COST: SLIDING SCALE $10-$40 PER SESSION
Noho Photo Group is a monthly program that gives a small group of beginning and intermediate photographers the opportunity to share their photos with a facilitator and each other. The goal is for everyone to learn from each other so as to get new ideas for how to treat a subject as well as how to improve your own images. Each month we will each share up to 6 photos using the Zoom feature that allows us to share our screens.
To register, please email cHJvZ3JhbXMgfCBub2hvYXJ0cyAhIG9yZw== or call 413-584-7327 to reserve a spot. Please include your name, email, address, and phone number. Payment can be made via PayPal here, or by mailing a check made out to NCFA to PO Box 366, Northampton, MA 01061. The cost for each month’s session is on a sliding scale between $10 and $40, and you are welcome to pay what you can on that scale. Payments on the upper end of the scale help support our continued commitment to accessibility and using sliding scale models.
Participants may register for one or more sessions, but attendance at the first session on April 25 is encouraged!
This group is facilitated by Marty Espinola who has experience as a newspaper and nature photographer, and who has taught photography classes for many years. He is a member of the Springfield Photographic Society, the Vermont Center for Photography and Base Camp Adventures in Photography. One of his photos can be seen in the recent edition of Birds & Blooms magazine, and in the recently published book Honoring Nature.
