There are alternatives to negotiating and they should be used first.Learning objectives:Understand the alternatives to negotiation.Communicate more effectively.Gain the necessary knowledge and tactics to skillfully use your positions and values.Use techniques of the negotiation process to achieve a win-win situation.You cannot make people agree to a deal that is not in their best interests.
