How do I set boundaries and care for myself when family and community mean everything?In her groundbreaking work, , Sahaj challenges Eurocentric mental health models and offers a more inclusive approach to healing—one that acknowledges the deep connections between individual and collective well-being.Through personal stories, research, and practical tools, she helps bicultural and multicultural families reframe generational trauma, destigmatize therapy, and celebrate cultural duality., is the founder of Brown Girl Therapy, a mental health and wellness community organization for adult children of immigrants, a licensed therapist, and a columnist for the Washington Post’s advice column, "Ask Sahaj."
