Participants will join teachers Ally and Hannah each first Sunday of the month in light body movements for nourishing their grief and providing a healthy outlet for exploration within grief spaces in our bodies. Each class will contain space for grief sharing, discussion around monthly divination themes and how the current astrology of the season is interacting with our lives and feelings. Participants will have time to share their experience with the group if they so choose and do some journaling as well!

*Please note our first session of this 2023 year will be held on the second Sunday, February 12th instead of the 5th. Class will be from 12:00-1pm Mountain Time and held virtually via zoom.
