Whether you want to create powerful transformation in your life, practice processes that can help you show up more fully or simply amplify what's already working, Monday Mind-Body Mellow follows a straightforward format created to help you explore what's meaningful to you while harnessing the powers of simplicity, reframing, and mind-body connection to create new ways of being.

Making space to regularly reflect, set intentions, and write down your thoughts while incorporating powerful mind-body tools into your life can help you get unstuck, infuse more meaning into your day-to-day, and highlight practices that support instead of undermine your well-being.

Studies show that anywhere between 45-95% of our actions are built on automatic response. It's not uncommon to inadvertently go through life making those automatic response decisions based on influence from subconscious conditioning, standards built by community norms you may not even truly agree with, and narratives that don't support your well-being or values.

In a world full of rush-rush-rush, go-go-go, do more with less, people often don’t feel they have the time to slow down, reflect, and live from a more intentional, less reactive, autopilot place.


Monday Mind-Body Mellow is designed for folks who want to:

  • create more space for thoughtful, compassionate self-exploration and ease
  • devote more time to gaining clarity and increasing awareness
  • incorporate simple, practical mind-body and change tools to step more fully toward fulfilling their desires by incrementally aligning action with values and intentions


Explore resources that you can take into every area of your life and help inspire more intentional action, increased self-awareness, and greater overall well-being.

In the weekly sessions we'll:

  • briefly review the science and impacts of mind-body connection
  • participate in a guided visualization, breathing, or relaxation exercise
  • work with self-reflection and planning prompts to set intentions and build greater ease, awareness, and self-acceptance into your week


  • Registration for the sessions will close 2 hours prior to the live session.
  • The live session will be recorded and take place via Zoom.
  • A link to the live session will be emailed to registrants one hour prior to the session.
  • Auto-generated Closed Captioning via Zoom and Otter will be available live.
  • To minimize distractions for participants attending live, entry to the live session will close10 minutes after the session begins.
  • The recording will be uploaded to Dropbox and a link will be emailed to all session registrants within 24 hours of the live session.
  • Please note that the session on the week of July 4th will be held on Tuesday, July 5.

Hi! I'm Jamie (she/her), Founder of TO SAY I AM Transformation Co and host of MONDAY MIND-BODY MELLOW. I'm a Wellness Consultant, Transformation Specialist, and Mindfulness Instructor who's on a mission to help people more easily change their lives (and the world)(because when you change yourself, you absolutely change the world).

Mind-body connection, awareness, and self-reflection practices are powerful tools to transformation and well-being. Join me this summer (live or via recording) to honor yourself, dedicate time to reflect, and explore mind-body practices to help add more ease, insight, and inspiration to your life.

Session Details

Can't make MONDAY MIND-BODY MELLOW live or want to go through the session at a more advantageous time during the week? The session will be recorded, made available to registrants within 24 hours of the live session, and be up until the next live MONDAY MIND-BODY MELLOW session. By registering and attending live, you consent to participating in a recorded session and receiving purchase-related communication from TO SAY I AM Transformation Co.
