Hi! I'm Jamie (she/her), Founder of TO SAY I AM Transformation Co and host of MONDAY MIND-BODY MELLOW. I'm a Wellness Consultant, Transformation Specialist, and Mindfulness Instructor who's on a mission to help people more easily change their lives (and the world)(because when you change yourself, you absolutely change the world).
Mind-body connection, awareness, and self-reflection practices are powerful tools to transformation and well-being. Join me this summer (live or via recording) to honor yourself, dedicate time to reflect, and explore mind-body practices to help add more ease, insight, and inspiration to your life.
