Due to fantastic feedback from the 2 online Half Day Mindfulness Retreats we ran in 2020 we are please to offer more in 2021.
We'd love you to join us, where we'll help you to manage any underlying stress, anxiety or low mood and support you in building consistency with your personal practice.
The retreat will help you to unwind the nervous system, restore balance and peace of mind, whilst increasing feelings of calm and develop a greater level of emotional control.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This retreat is open to anyone interested in exploring mindfulness.
