There has been poor performance in local and national and mathematics assessments among African students compared to the rest of the planet. Such consistent under-performance is attributed to factors like teaching approaches, lack of instructional materials, peer-to-peer learning, heavy reliance on memory work, lack of practice and shortage of math teachers.

The weekend Math bootcamap offers a simpler approach where young students overcome math anxiety, excel in problem-solving and build confidence through an interactive Math Bootcamp! Through this pilot project, students aged 9 - 13 years will gain math fluency, explore gamified maths, develop problem-solving skills and collaborate with their peers.
