We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re taken care of, but from time to time we may not be able to accommodate a refund.
This refund policy is applicable to all our products & services (“Courses / Programs”).
Refund of Advance / Token Money
Customers are eligible for a Full Refund of the advance token money if the refund request is submitted within 15 days of payment of the Course.
Refund requests made after 15 days and up to 45 days from the date of payment shall not be eligible for a refund. However, customers may apply the advance token money toward a different course offered by the Company.
If 45 days have passed from the date of payment of advance, any advance payment shall be forfeited by the company.
Full Refund
After invoicing of the product / services (or Course), anyone can claim a refund within 5 Days.
After passing of 5 Days (from Invoicing), you (“or customer”) can exchange the product or services in the form of a course (or courses) with a product of same value or of higher value till 30 days of invoicing from such date.
After 30 days have passed from the date of invoicing, you (“or customer”) cannot make a claim for the said amount and the said amount shall be forfeited by the Company.
Refund Policy for Events:
Customers may request a refund within 24 hours from the date of payment/invoicing or one day before the event date, whichever is earlier.
Additional Information:
Kindly note that in order for a refund request to be considered valid it shall be raised through an email to care@badabusiness.com.
Refunds shall be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase against any services by the Company.
No refunds shall be granted by Company for any requests made outside the specified time frames as detailed above.
Company reserves the right to review and assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request has been approved by the Company.
