JAVA COURSE LONDON: BOOT CAMP SCHEDULE

This 12-week Java Boot Camp is a part-time coding course to prepare you to work professionally as a Java coder, even if you start as a beginner.

Classroom in London or Online.

Weekends. Or weekdays, you choose.

At the end of the course, you will be able to code Java programs with JavaFX for Full Stack ( front and back end )

You can learn weekends and still work while qualifying.

This course will give you enough practical experience and practical projects to code to give you full confidence to enter into the coding profession. The Oracle Examination is a very well recognized and in-demand industry award.

Duration: 3 months:

1 lesson per week Saturday or Weekday
Plus practical homework
Plus personal trainer-mentor for 1-1 training
Plus e-learning materials.

Practical Projects: Weekly challenges and exercises working with a 1-1 trainer/mentor

Times: Saturdays Classroom in London or Online 1pm-4pm.

The first date shows as booking date

Study level: Start from beginners level through to up and running

Pre-requisites: General computer literacy.

Oracle Qualification:

PCWorkshops Certificate
Java Programmer I
Java Programmer II if you do all the prescribed home work.

Java Data Structures and Collections
Exceptions, I/O Fundamentals, Streams and Lambdas
Java connectivity with API's. Json and csv files. Reading Excel files. Working with Pdf.
Database principles and SQL. JDBC ( Download JDBC and MySql Driver)
Java Concurrency and Multi-threading
Java Test-Driven Development with JUnit ( Download JUnit)
Front-end with Java FX ( Download Java FX)
Java Spring Projects with JPA Database connection for web-based apps

Weekly: Lesson plus exercises self-study practical project and 1-1 sessions with mentor/trainer. Java Weekend Course.

Final project and Theory test serving as exam prep for the Oracle Exams.
