Intuitive Art is a process that helps you deepen your self-awareness and explore your thoughts and emotions.

You are then guided into a process of expressing the experience creatively through drawing. Once captured, you reflectively use the art work to gain even more personal insights.

• Meditation to help you connect to your heart
• Activity to help you gain clarity
• Draw and self-reflect

WHAT TO BRING: Paper (size A4) and either color pencils, pastels, paints or textures. Notepad and pen. And an Open Heart and Mind ?
