About this Event

Join us for a short and simple qigong practice to boost relaxation and resilience. Through slow flowing movements and deep rhythmic breathing, this practice will help to ground and calm you, so you can cultivate a healing environment wherever you are in the moment. Led by instructor Ann Duvall on Zoom.
