If your course fee was less than £60, we will charge a £30 cancellation fee, and refund you any remaining balance.If you cancel your booking less than two weeks before the start of the course, you won’t get any refund.Depending on the circumstances we may offer an alternative to a refund, such as enrolment to an alternative course.In exceptional circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. If we do, we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.Requesting a deferralIf you would like to be considered for a deferral to enable you to complete any outstanding work, you should make the request, at the earliest opportunity, to plstraining@bluecross.org.ukWe will charge a £30 administration fee for all deferrals, payable before being enrolled onto the next suitable course.
