Welcome to the Innercise In Home online mini course! This 4-week course offers different practice towards building a foundation to inspire you in this fresh New Year! We will meet weekly from 6:30-8PM and learn to implement the mentality and action steps towards making our 2021 goals happen! We will practice yoga for an hour each session, talk about our desires and goals through worksheets and journaling prompts, and grow in cultivating space for our spiritual Selves to manifest our destinies.
