Lectio Divina is a traditional monastic practice that promotes communion with God. In this version we are doing the same process but with poetry.

The intent is to go inward to your divine, to connect with the higher part of your being through readings.

There are four separate steps: read; meditate; pray - expand into your higher self - contemplate.
