Bonnie Wallace Dance is where Art and Exercise Unite!

Do you want to be inspired by music and movement?

My online classes are for active women who want a place to build strength, balance, and add grace to their bodies. We blend jazz and ballet technique, with yoga stretches, cardio movement and muscle strengthening exercises. You get it all! You get a full body work out with the artistry and expression of dance and music.

All classes are online at zoom.com.

You need at least 8 feet x 8 feet of open space and ability to see your computer with access to zoom.

We stretch on the floor, so the ability to get on the floor is also necessary.

Have some water handy.

Beginner – The Beginner class is a great place for those with little dance experience or if it's been a while since you've danced. We warm up with stretches and technique exercises. And there's time to learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.

Prime – These classes are for dancers who want more movements, more technique and a longer class. It includes a short cardio workout and more muscle strengthening. Each class includes time to learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
