You will participate in a hypnobirthing meditation/relaxation to release fear let go and embrace birth with Elizabeth Blanch - Hypnobirthing teacher and award winning Hypnotherapist of the Year for Southern England (by Prestige Awards) www.hypnobirthing-classes.com. There will be demonstration and interactive pregnancy yoga and labour positions with Lenka Powell qualified yoga teacher https://www.yogawithlenka.com/pregnancy-yoga. (Lenka is currently pregnant with her first child). She will cover labour breathing techniques labour yoga positions (fully interactive). You will also be sent a FREE hypnobirthing MP3 to relax with at home. The session will last for 90 minutes which will give you enough information and practice to improve your knowledge and also for you to decide if you wish to go deeper and explore a full hypnobirthing course.This is a friendly class and there is also the opportunity to be part of a dedicated What’s App group of supporting mums after the class.
