On the fence? to receive more information, and read on for more details.
We'll help you understand your target audience and define a proposition that is entirely unique to your business. This will form the foundations of your brand story, which is so important, not just when you're first starting, but throughout the life of your business.
Easily overlooked, competitive analysis is one of the most critical steps of your business. This week you'll research and identify your competitors' weaknesses, and we'll help you turn these into your opportunities.
Now it’s time to design. Receive advice from a seasoned fashion designer and consultant about how to start the process. We’ll share the common pitfalls creatives make when they begin to design and help you develop a range that’s sure to sell.
Now you’ve got your unique designs; it’s time to make those all-important sales. Together, we’ll identify the stores you want to sell to and share our winning techniques for getting in front of buyers to get your product on their shelves.
We guide you through the five essential marketing strategies to get visibility for your products and help keep them in demand.
The final week of the course is dedicated to finishing off the homework set from the five weeks prior. It offers a little leeway so you have time to catch up and reflect on all you’ve learnt so you can ask any additional questions. It’s also a valuable week for dipping into the Sustainable Fashion Collective content not covered by the course, such as manufacturing and ethical fabrics.

This course is highly suitable for existing brands. If you’re unsure of your brand positioning or are struggling to get sales, we’ll make sure that all your ducks are in a row and give you advice and guidance on where you may be falling short and what you can do to improve.
Whatever stage of your business, you will need to be able to put the work in, in order to make the most out of the course. We recommend attendees are able to put aside 4 hours a week minimum, plus 1.5 hours for our weekly live call.
All content is provided online and live calls will be 2pm EDT (New York), 7pm BST (London), 8pm EST (Paris), 5am AEDT (Sydney)
Apart from the weekly live calls, this course can be completed in your own time, so you can be in full-time employment and still attend. The live calls are not mandatory, but we recommend you join to get the most out of the course.
Accountability - starting a business is often something that we put off. We will help you combat this by keeping you accountable weekly. You'll finish the six weeks and have made huge strides, and (so long as you've put the work in) you will have laid the foundations to launch your business and grow sales.
Reassurance - If you're worried your business idea won't work or can't understand why your existing business isn't converting to sales, we'll give you our no-nonsense opinions and help you to restructure.
Knowledge - No one knows everything. What's certain, is that with our two experts' breadth of experience, you will leave with more understanding than you started with.
Challenge - You may like the idea of challenging yourself to get started in six weeks. And we're not afraid to gently and respectfully challenge you either! We're keen to show participants different perspectives, tips and tricks so that you can move forward and find a better, more successful way to work.
