In this session you will explore movement & breath practices that you can incorporate into your everyday routine to release tension & create connection across your mind body spirit triad. It's life changing - promise!
What will we do?
Together we will investigate how our pelvic floor vagus nerve diaphragm lungs hips psoas and even our jaw bone are a beautiful system designed to keep us in living in inner harmony.
Then we will have a 50 minute gentle floor yoga class that will open our hips invite our breath and release our psoas muscles. Take these movements home with you and try them regularly!
