Healing, is it possible? The answer is yes! One of the most important relationships we will ever encounter is the one with ourselves.

We have negative voices in our heads that push us to places of guilt and shame. We have negative experiences, abuse, and even death that impacts how we think about the world and ourselves.

Growing up, we might associate what we can produce, please, perfect, or perform to only equal our value and self-worth. We might learn that our voice is wrong, our actions are wrong, stupid, that everything is our fault, that we are not lovable, etc. Some have even suffered in the darkest abuse. But we don't have to suffer any longer. We can throat punch the negative voice, which I call the Shame Shadow. He is full of LIES! Stop listening and believing the Shame Shadow in your head. How?
