Our inner child holds the spark that helps us create from our hearts. We must dedicate ourselves to reclaiming our forgotten or abandoned inner child so that we may thrive as Life intended.  How do we know if our Inner Child requires nurturing and healing? ·      Are you having problems in your adult life managing relationships?·      Do you carry feelings of not being good enough, smart enough, or lovable enough?·      Does your self-image often depend upon how other people see you?·      Do you struggle with control or boundary issues (not enough or in excess)?·      Do you have childhood memories of loss, fears of abandonment/being alone, or had to grow up fast? These are only a few examples of how our childhood may have impacted us.
