Full Moon Yoga Class, 27 November | Online Event | Full Moon Yoga Class
Self-care can change your life– let’s make it a practice! Start your day off right as Norma guides you through this asana practice.

About this Event

This is typically an energetic vinyasa flow, as we meet the high energy of the full moon. It is open to all levels, and there will be options for different postures so that we can honor and meet our bodies where they’re at.

This is a virtual space - all you’ll need is Zoom, a mat, and water. (Feel free to have any props that can help you ease into postures, like yoga blocks, pillows, straps, thick folded blankets, etc. nearby) We also invite you to try to create a space for yourself, if possible, to help you relax and feel at home, like lighting candles or incense, playing music if it helps you, or finding a quiet space.

Intended Audience: Open to Black, Indigenous, POC that are queer, trans and/or gender non-conforming.

Instructor: Norma Uriostegui (she/her) is a yoga instructor and forever a yoga student, having practiced for almost a decade and always learning different ways of embodying this practice, on and off the mat. She is a community organizer with a firm belief in personal liberation and transformation for the sake of collective liberation and transformation - that one cannot exist without the other and both need to be practiced simultaneously in order to truly get free.
