Are you coping with the loss of someone you love? Our no cost Zoom drop-in bereavement support group was created to offer a safe supportive place to explore the bereavement needs for those dealing with this kind of loss. We encourage and welcome family and friends of patients Ace Home Health and Hospice has served as well as any members of our greater community who are on the emotional journey of coping with the death of someone they love. Please feel free to share this with anyone you think might find this to be helpful!

What is Bereavement? It is the time of mourning that we all experience following a loss. Coping with the loss of a loved one is likely to be one of the most difficult challenges any of us face. You are not alone…when we lose someone dear our grief can be particularly intense. Loss is understood as a natural part of life but most still grapple with feeling overwhelmed shocked and confused which can lead to prolonged periods of sadness or depression. The sadness typically diminishes in intensity with the passage of time but grieving is an important process to gain insight and cope with these feelings.

Details: This Adult (18+) drop-in group will meet monthly. Kindly RSVP/REGISTER for this free support group. This group will be facilitated (guided) by Ace Home Health and Hospice staff with specific experience in helping others navigate through grief and the emotional recovery process.
