When did you lose sight of who you were?
When did the overwhelm and procrastination take hold?
A while ago I let this happen to me and it wasn’t until I was ready to acknowledge that all the affirmations, all the courses, all the journaling, all the coaching was never going to make a difference until I was ready to admit that something needed to change deep within ME.
Just as many women today suffer in silence from overwhelm, guilt, not being enough for those around them, loneliness, I too have felt the same way.
It was debilitating at times.
In my upcoming webinar I will explain why these thoughts and beliefs are keeping women stuck in negative head talk, why they tell themselves stories about situations that are not necessarily true. Why they self-sabotage the things that are important to them.
I will give you some tools to help you deal with these thoughts and feelings in the moment, AND, I will also let you know how you can free yourself of all of these blockages so that you can live the life you were meant to live.
I am proof that is it possible and I would love for you to find the same freedom that I have.
I look forward to you joining me.
