Our Speakers:

Laura Kearsley is a Partner with over 17 years’ of employment law experience. She leads the employment law practice at Nelsons. Laura is noted as ‘extremely competent and professional’ She is acclaimed for her ‘thorough knowledge’, she is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate who specialises in industrial relations and whistle-blowing.

Beth Raine-Thrall (nee Bearder) is a Senior Associate Solicitor. Beth is commended for her professionalism and ability to provide her clients with confidence by cutting through legal issues to provide concise and easy to understand solutions. Beth has an interest in strategic projects, such as collective consultation and TUPE transfers.
