EHN Family Education Workshop

The FAMILY EDUCATION WEBINAR is a three half-day online workshop for family members. The goal of the program is to educate family members on Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder, and the impacts on the family. Multiple family members are encouraged to attend together. Topics include but are not limited to:

• Mental Health & Addiction
• Family Systems
• Codependence
• Boundaries
• Self-Care and Compassion
• Mindfulness
• Communication

Time and Dates (Pacific Standard Time)

• Monday October 20 at 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
• Tuesday October 21 at 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
• Wednesday October 22 at 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Time and Dates (Eastern Standard Time)

• Monday October 20 at 12:00 - 3:30 pm
• Tuesday October 21 at 12:00 - 3:30 pm
• Wednesday October 22 at 12:00 - 3:30 pm

Registration will close on October 17, 2025 at 9:00 AM PST.

The webinar will be held via zoom and an email invitation will be sent on Friday, October 17, 2025.
