The 6th day of May is celebrated in honor of ANC 4B06 in Manor Park, DC. Each month a different event is scheduled in honor of this special day. This month, come out and enjoy Yoga in the Park, lead by Kate Judson. Kate Judson is a graduate of Tara Lemerise's Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Lighthouse Yoga Center located in Ward 4 on Kennedy Street NW. Kate's classes can be described as intentional, grounding and calming. Kate enjoys crafting classes that mix fiery poses with deep, restorative postures all while focusing on breathwork and intention.
