RECEIVING YOUR REIKI SESSION REMOTELY

There’s no right or wrong here as such, just make sure you are relaxed, receptive and won’t be disturbed - and if you happen to be, then simply deal with it as mindfully as you can and then continue.

WHAT YOU DO

What you do is you don't do much. Simply sit or lie comfortably, anchoring your mind to your breath if needed. There's no need to concentrate against noises you might be hearing or thoughts you might be having. Take it all as it comes, letting the outdated memories rise to the surface and evaporate into the subtle heart field. With no anticipation or expectation of any specific result, state your full name, your birth date, the name of your mom, the name of your dad and with Love, Appreciation, and Joy, accept the Remote Reiki session.
