Attend our 6-part digitalization series to gain an understanding of how the industrial sector is emerging from global disruption via tech.

About this Event

The industrial sector is utilizing design thinking led solutions coupled with technology to reduce cost, increase adoption, and elevate the customer experience.

The Digitalization & Innovation series, led by Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, and CPG industry leaders, will take place bi-weekly beginning June 25th, 2020 and continue through September. During each one-hour session, ChaiOne will host a roundtable with subject matter experts.

The series is intended for innovative leaders tasked with finding solutions to reduce costs.

Topics and Dates

Thurs, July 16: People, Problems, & Priorities: How to identify, navigate, and solve problems that matter.

Today, 75% of Fortune 500 CEOs indicate that the current pandemic and economic downturn crisis has accelerated technological transformation efforts at their companies. Yet, when project budgets are shrinking and demand for a solid return on investment is higher than ever, how can leaders make the right choice regarding what to pursue?

It is imperative to remember that transformation is only successful when humans use technology - which is achieved when technology targets the removal of their pain points and drives positive behavioral change. The design thinking methodology unearths these opportunities with a human-centered approach to innovation and ensures that the right problems are solved with the right tools.

We will discuss the real-life application of the design thinking methodology to large industrial problems and share tactical advice for leaders embarking on similar journeys.

• Evelina Deleanu- Head of Research, ChaiOne

• Silvia Convento- Senior UX Researcher, ChaiOne

• Tommy Hooks- Product Manager & Innovation Delivery Lead, Chevron

• Brian Carroll- Innovation Leader, Exelon Nuclear

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How to use a human-centric approach to ensure that the right problems are prioritized and solved
  • Lesson learned from real-life applications in the industrial space
  • Tactical advice for leaders embarking on similar journeys
