Attendees will see images from Fashion Victims: The Pleasures and Perils of Dress in the 19th Century which looks at how clothing harmed its makers and wearers; and get a sneak peek at the connection of footwear and crime in Exhibit A: Investigating Crime and Footwear, which will open in November 2022.Alison Matthews David holds a doctorate from Stanford University.Elizabeth Semmelhack has curated over 20 exhibitions, written 11 books and catalogues, and over 30 chapters and articles.Please note: This event will be held virtually.
