Join Chef Anne as she teaches us how to make this creamy, crunchy, toasty, chocolatey Pumpkin Spice Harvest Bark.

About this Event

Whether you're looking to make a special gift or an indulgent treat for a fall night-in, this chocolate bark is sure to impress. Bittersweet, dark chocolate balances a layer of creamy white chocolate with toasted nuts and seeds, tangy cranberries, and a touch of warm, Autumnal spice.

In this class, you'll learn:

  • how to make this confection
  • about the science of chocolate
  • how to temper both dark and white chocolate for great shine and snap

Please note: Class starts at 5:00 pm EST but the virtual "doors" open at 4:45pm. Feel free to join early if you are unfamiliar with Zoom, virtual events, or opening pdf documents. We will make sure you have everything you need for a seamless, fun class. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to the event page, an equipment list, and the recipe. The event page will have a link to the Zoom event that will become active at 4:45pm on October 10th.

Anne Wolf is a professional chef and chocolatier. She holds a bachelor's of science degree in Zoology from the University of California Santa Barbara, but left the world of lab coats and petri dishes behind in exchange for one filled with chefs’ whites and chocolate. After culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California, she spent 6 years working in restaurants across the country before diving into recipe development and food science at America's Test Kitchen. Her work has appeared in Cook’s Illustrated and Cook’s Country magazines and in countless cookbooks. She spent some time developing and producing infused products in the regulated cannabis industry, where she discovered her passion for working with chocolate. Anne now works at EH Chocolatier in Cambridge, MA, where she helps create artful and delicious confections.
