Sessions will include a 45-minute practice with 5-minute Q&A.
The lunchtime sessions are catered towards supporting oneself in addressing Covid-19 Fatigue. Using three aspects: self-applied touch, breathing, and movement our time together will explore principles of somatic therapy and Mindfulness-based stress reduction by practicing tools to navigate uncertainty.

Who is facilitating?
A true Calgarian, Katherine is currently studying her Masters in Dance Movement Therapy at the University of Auckland. Katherine has experience working people from various walks of life helping them process emotions and trauma.
Dance has always been Katherine's greatest passion. She uses dance to find deeper connection within herself and others through nonverbal communication. She has been teaching dance for 12 years and is a movement enthusiast. By exploring principals of Dance Movement Therapy, Katherine wishes to support others by sharing tools to navigate uncertainty.
After signing up for the session you will receive a follow up email with a Zoom link within 24 hours of the schedule session. A discount is available if you sign up to attend all 5 sessions.
a) Cost of session is $20.00 Canadian dollars per participant and then there are no choice add on charges (i.e., GST & Eventbrite hosting fees, which are added on at the end). Your receipt, issued immediately via email, will include the GST amount.
b) Sessions will be recorded. For those who cannot attend the session live, you will have an opportunity to access the recording of the session, which will be sent to all registrants within 24 hours of the live session. Additional resources, links, videos may also be circulated to support and integrate into your practice.

d) Sessions begin at 11am MST/MDT and 1pm EST/EDT, the Zoom waiting room will be open 5 minutes before and the practice will begin at 11:05 and 1:05 respectively after initial introductions and briefings of the upcoming session.
