This can show up in many ways, some examples are: lethargy, joint pain, headaches, mental fogginess, nausea, digestive issues. Practices that free you body from even small nagging daily dis-ease is a huge step to preventing disease from establishing and spreading in your body.

When cleared, chakras are able to allow the flow of universal energy in specific and effective ways to support the function of each of the 7 energy centres.
