We offer introductory passes for NEW BEGINNERS at the beginning of each term to promote our online and in-person group fitness and dance programs.

No dance experience is required. This is a low to moderate-intensity physical activity that accommodates participants of all fitness levels and ages.

1. By voluntarily signing up, you waive the instructor(s) and host of any liabilities & risks including injuries and sudden death – you must submit a waiver form before participating in your first class via email or you will not be admitted into class

2. Final Sale and 1 Introductory ticket per person

3. Some classes are women's only and co-ed (we will adapt as needed)

4. For online classes, Zoom links are sent out via email from Acuity Scheduling 1-hour before a class starts

5. We will take videos and pictures of the live class for promotional purposes
