Topic: Autistic Health and Wellbeing
This workshop aims to empower autistic girls and young women to develop or build on strategies to support their wellbeing, and encourages friends and family to re-evaluate advice they may have previously been given.
Guest Speaker - Flo Neville, PhD student at the University of West England (UWE).
Date: Thursday 23rd September.
Time: 7pm - 8.30pm.
Cost: £5 for Berkshire families, £10 for non-Berkshire families.
