Whatever happened to having time to create? Art Hour is the answer. Born out of this time we’re living through; Art Hour allows you to make something of your own while sharing virtual space with others.
September can be a stressful time. Kids are going back to school and work tends to pick up after the flow of summer.
Join me for September Art Hour where we will take a relaxing break with coloring pages.
I will be sharing 5 original pages I have created for you to color. You can also feel free to bring your own coloring book to participate with.
-Printed original coloring pages that will be emailed prior to the event or your own coloring book.

How it works: We’ll begin with a short meditation to get grounded and centered. I’ll then lead a creative project using materials you have around the house or are easy to find. Finally we’ll conclude with an opportunity to share and reflect on the experience.
