Whatever happened to having time to create? Art Hour is the answer. Born out of this time we’re living through; Art Hour allows you to make something of your own while sharing virtual space with others.
Join me for October Art Hour where we will take time to write and reflect.
I will be sharing different journaling prompts to write from. This is a practice of letting go of perfectionism and having to know. A space to trust yourself discover yourself connect with yourself and learn something new.
-a journal notebook or paper to write on and a pen
How it works: We’ll begin with a short meditation to get grounded and centered. I’ll then lead a creative project using materials you have around the house or are easy to find. Finally we’ll conclude with an opportunity to share and reflect on the experience.
Making art is a form of self-care. Art Hour allows you to make something of your own while sharing virtual space with others. Art Hour is designed for those who say “I’m not creative”. This is a safe space to explore your creativity free from judgment and negative self-talk.
