- **Event Description**: Online event via ZOOM  I used to describe being an empath as coming into the world without the protective layers everyone else has. It took years of trial error and some heart lessons to begin to see my own sensitivity as a gift. I teach this course from the University of my Experience guided by those Beings of Light that coached me through the sometimes challenging Path of the Heart. I offer it with Love because I know that shutting down is not the medicine that an empath needs or the world requires right now!An empath has a different lens of perception or way of knowing the world. They feel everything sometimes to the detriment of their well-being. Empath's are like psychic sponges because they sometimes take on the emotions of others and/or are impacted by the energies within an environment. This can be draining and overwhelming to the extent that the empath may want to shut down because they feel too much. That action rather than being a solution exacerbates the feeling of being different sensitive and misunderstood. This course provides the tools and the support to help those that are sensitive to see the beauty in their gifts; to honor the wisdom of being an empath; to manage it with healthy self-care; and to share it without the fear of losing their selves in the process. You will also walk away with a more grounded faith in yourself in Life and your way of knowing. And you will take with you - the knowledge tools and self-care practices that support your spiritual unfoldment. This event is offered through Zoom meetings. Pre-registration is required. Participants will receive an email notification with login link and phone number 24 hours before our gathering. You do not need to have a Zoom account to attend. Event times are in EST.
