A full foundation seminar to introduce you in the world of Event Management offered in Greek (every Monday 6-9 pm) and in English (every Tuesday 6-9 pm) available for future event planners who want to work in private and corporate events or in banquet management.
The final 2 classes will be focused to a real event preparation and the team members will be able to meet each other in Athens and Thessaloniki for the final event set up. Those who are not based in Greece will be given the chance to organize an online web event.
The lecturer along with the organizer will provide an official certification to those who will be able to successfully compile full event planning seminar.
This course will:
Introduce you the contemporary events industry:
-Give you skills & tools to work as an event planner
-Enable you to plan and produce your own event following all new trends
-Will guide you in marketing, PR , Fundraising , Sponsorship & Social Media
And give you knowledge about:
-Risk Management & Health and Safety
-Interior design & Creative Management
-Create your own portfolio
-Sell your services to the client
The main event fields you will deal with will be related to:
-Hospitality, Tourism & Banquet Management
-Cultural and Sport Events
-Corporate Events, Conferences & Exhibitions
-Eco Friendly Events
The seminar will include:
-12 hours of themed lecturing (all webinars will be published and be available to the attendees for up to 3 months)
-6 hours of case study
-6 hours of live lectures in Athens and Thessaloniki followed by a real event
Greek based attendees will be given access to a full event planning guide and Greek vendors list and get access to 3 online Quizzes to check their level of understanding.
Attendees based in other countries will be have the same offers but their practical event will be organized online as a webinar .
-Knowledge of English (Lower or Higher)
-Being a student in Hospitality and Tourism Industry or Have experience Working within Events or Marketing Industry for minimum 6 months
-Required to complete a quick interview with the lecturer prior to acceptance to secure that all attendees will have the same starting level
1. FULL ADMISSION/ For those who want to receive a certificate which includes a practical real event preparation along with full access to the online classes for up to 3 months the seminar will be offered to the final price of 220 € (190 GBP / 199 $)
2. PARTLY ATTENDING/ For those who want to take part to the 18 hours online classes without receiving an official certification final cost will be 100 € ( 90 GBP / 112 $)
-In the case you have a student card or a non- employment card you will receive a 25% discount.
-For group bookings in case of same family members or friends or colleagues further discounts can be offered
To attend the seminar a 50% deposit is required to be received via bank transfer (Greek based bank account) by no later than 03/07/2020 . Final payment will be made at least 2 weeks before final class.
