As Head of Leadership Development forEmirates Global Aluminum(EGA) Lindi managed an in-house leadership development program to “fast-track” high-potential engineers to leadership and managerial roles within the Power Plant Division. She also developed and delivered the “Coaching Clinic for Managers” program to over 300 managers designed to improve managerial skills and build a culture of coaching within the company. Lindi worked closely with Ashridge Business School and delivered executive coaching by combining psychometric tools such as MBTI ®, Firo-B® and 360 Feedback to executives. Previously, she was a Regional Marketing Manager at head-office level managing sales and marketing teams (Middle East & Africa).  She is an internationally accredited executive coach and psychometric assessment user (UK).
