The ABCi Skills for Improvement Pareto Chart MOOC will teach you the theory behind pareto charts, also called the 80/20 rule so that you can focus your improvement work in the areas that will give you the 'biggest bang for your buck', more specifically so that you get the most benefit for all your hard work.  This MOOC will provide you with both the theory and practical experience building and using pareto charts.  You will also be provided with the ABCi Charts Pareto Tool developed using storytelling with data principles to create beautiful looking charts that are easy to understand.  The tool is free to take away with you to use in the future.
