A Special Pride tour of more Greenwich Village—East and Far West
Keep celebrating Pride with more of the world's first gayborhood—the Village's East and far West—with plenty more LGBTQ+ history and stories
Can't make the live event? Buy a ticket for the recording and watch the event in your own time! See FAQs below for more info.
A 2 hour walking tour in the Village—or a 75 minute virtual tour—and you've only begun to discover the deep LGBTQ+ story of this amazing neighborhood. Take this tour to find out more, from the concert venue where the "pansy balls" of the 1920s were held and the house of America's first out gay painter, to the place where Lady Bunny started Wigstock and the memorial to the 100,000+ New Yorkers who have died of AIDS in the 40 years since its appearance. After this tour (or both of our Village tours if this is your first time) you will be ready to join in New York's 51st (and 2nd virtual) Pride march.
This tour is the second of two special Pride Weekend Greenwich Village tours. To buy a discounted ticket for both tours CLICK HERE
