Join Eighteenth Element Yoga and Various Yoga Teachers across the world as we give Gratitude to All Our Veterans.

Eighteenth Element Yoga is partnering with Veterans Yoga Project as a part of a national week long fundraising and awareness-raising event. EEY will stay open for 62 hours straight beginning 30 mins before Sunrise on January 22nd Until 30 minutes after Sunset on January 24th.

Nearly 3 million men and women have served in the military since Sept 11, 2001. Approximately half of these service members are dealing with post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, depression and/or anxiety. In addition there are approximately 12 million living veterans from previous conflicts also still in the process of recovery from the wounds of war. By providing yoga teacher training programs, practice resources for veterans, and healing retreats, Veterans Yoga Project has supported the recovery and resilience-building process of thousands of military veterans and their family members.

There will be various classes during the 60 hours ranging from Meditation, Kids and Power Vinyasa, all of which are donation based. There will be5 highlighted classes that will be held each day honoring the 22 Veterans that are taken from this world a day due to PTS(d). These classes are listed as Saluting the 22.

All donations going towards one of the following:

Veterans Yoga Project
and Supplies for our Veterans/First Responders enrolled in our Trauma classes.
