Learning starts from the minute you enroll with our unique E-learning platform to help you prepare for the course ahead.

The E-learning platform breaks down each unit into bite size chunks, with interactive learning at every stage preparing you for case studies, giving you an insight into the final exam.

The E-learning allows delegates up to 4 weeks for self- study before the main courses developing a real thirst for learning and promotes a greater understanding of the in-depth knowledge yet to come.

Delegates will then attend 10-day online course, delivered over a two week period

We understand for many delegates, that they have not had to study for exams since leaving school and many are rightly nervous about returning to studying.

Fleet Source, only use a select few experienced trainers with proven current experience in Transport Management and delivering Manager CPC.

Our trainers will then initially explain to delegates our unique “study skills” unit to ensure delegates understand the benefits to active listening, note taking and that all important exam preparation.

Trainer led, delegates then work through 30 units including Financial management, Drivers hours, vehicle taxation, traffic regulations and vehicle selection. All the crucial knowledge you will need to become a successful transport manager.

Delegates also have the option to attend a two-weekend self-study group to encourage delegates to interact and ask questions between themselves to further enhance the learning process

As the exam approaches delegates return for an extra day (making the total amount of days 11) this day will once again be trainer led and includes further case studies and Multiple-choice exams to further aid in the delegates preparation.

The course now comes with 7 hours Driver CPC for all vocational licence holders.

The Transport Manger CPC Qualification course will enable the delegate to receive a formal Transport Manager CPC qualification should they pass the two required exams.

Exams are taken online.

CILT’s CPCs Road Haulage exams consist of a single multiple-choice assessment and a single case study assessment.

Students will need to pass the two examinations to gain the Certificate of Professional Competence for Road Haulage . Both elements test national and international knowledge and application. So, to achieve an International CPC, candidates will only need to pass two units. Units will be graded Pass or Fail.

The CILT CPC qualification is currently a lifetime award, which means that, once obtained, the qualification will not expire, and holders will be considered professionally competent for the rest of their lives. A candidate achieving a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage has the following progression routes available:• Enter the profession of Transport Manager• Undertake higher level qualifications part-time or full-time in further or higher education, e.g. HNC, HND, degree• Undertake additional complementary qualifications in the workplace e.g. Level 3 Certificate in Logistics Operations or Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management.

The course is suitable for delegates looking to become Transport Managers/Fleet Managers within the Road Haulage sector .
