What is Yoga Teacher Training? 
YTT is a transformational immersion into yoga history, philosophy, science, and the self. Over the course of this 200-hour training, you'll develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create and teach authentic, embodied yoga in both private and group settings. 

Interested in the study but not sure about teaching? 
This program will give you the tools and experience needed to teach yoga in a variety of settings, but going on to teach is not a requirement or expectation. Many people join our training as a way to deepen their personal practice with no intention of teaching.
