Darlene was a devoted mother of six whose world revolved around her children. She was the kind of person who always put her family first, loved unconditionally, and gave everything she had to those she cared about. Her passing has left an unimaginable void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved her.

Among those mourning her loss are her two adult sons with autism, who relied on their mom every single day. Overnight, their lives changed forever.

In the midst of overwhelming grief, Darlene’s daughters, Kyanne and Kim, have opened their homes to their brothers, ensuring they remain surrounded by family and support. They have also welcomed Darlene’s two beloved dogs, keeping another piece of her close. 

At the same time, they are navigating probate, attorney meetings, estate responsibilities, funeral arrangements, missed work, and the countless challenges that come with losing the person who held their family together.

This benefit has been organized to help ease some of that burden.

Every Chinese auction basket donated, every auction bid placed, every dinner purchased, and every dollar raised will help cover funeral expenses, legal and probate costs, estate expenses, lost wages, and provide support as Darlene’s six children adjust to this new chapter without their mom.
