During this session, you will be guided through a meditation offering deeper connection, relaxation, and restoration. Reiki, a gentle and non-invasive healing technique, will be incorporated to enhance the healing and balancing effects of the meditation.

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this event is open to all who seek a moment of serenity and self-care. No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is necessary.
