Yoga is a pathway to healing the body, heart and mind. Through awareness techniques, breath integration, meditation and soothing yoga movement, this practice teaches us to be in the moment. In yoga, we cultivate the ever-renewing experience of now. We will practice noticing, feeling, sensing, breathing and being.

All are welcome to this practice which is designed for almost all bodies. The practice can be continually modified to meet the needs of each student.
