About the Harvesting Our Potential Mentorship: Through Harvesting Our Potential, we pair aspiring and beginning farmers with experienced farmers for a season of mentorship. Participants are matched with mentors who are involved in the type of farming that they are interested in to gain hands-on experience and guidance.
