During class, kids will get to try on spooky-inspired yoga poses, practice mindful breathing, play games, and more! Wear a fun costume you can move in!
*Ages 5-12 preferre. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get set up & sign a waiver. Class is 45 minutes, caretakers can stay & play for free, or come back around 1:45pm. $15 per child (taxes, & fees included).
Info: Parents or guardians are required to sign a wavier before kids can take class. Please have children bring their own mat and water bottle. I'll have extra free mats and there's a water fountain to refill bottles. Caretakers are also welcome to stick around and take class with kids for free or come back in 45 min.

Info: Parents or guardians are requested to pick up their children no later than 15 min after class ends. We will need to be packed up and out of the studio by 2pm.
